Since last March 12 we already have our 1st Equality Plan. The main objective of the Plan is the maintenance and development of policies that integrate equal treatment and real opportunities in all areas of our organization.

This objective will be carried out through the implementation of equality measures, arbitrating the corresponding monitoring systems in order to advance in the achievement of real equality between women and men in the company and, by extension, in society as a whole.
